Change of mind

We offer returns and exchanges on full uncut sheets if returned within 2 business days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately we can't offer any credit or refunds on custom made products or cut panels, rods or tubes of any kind.
Returned items must be in the same new condition as supplied, with the protective film undamaged and unpeeled.
A $5 per sheet restocking fee may apply.
All returns and exchanges must occur instore.

Damaged or scratched items

Any items supplied from factory damaged or scratched will be replaced.
